Shipping policy
We try to get your order to you as quickly (and safely) as possible — without rushing the part where we make sure everything is just right.
Here’s how shipping works:
Order Processing
All orders are usually processed within 3–4 business days after confirmation.
We take a little time here to make sure everything going out meets our standards — thank you for your patience.
Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.
So overall, you can expect your order within 5–8 business days from the time it is placed.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Payment Method
We currently accept prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery is not available.
Custom / Made-to-Order Items
If you’re interested in placing a custom order, please reach out to us at minukustudio@gmail.com or through the contact page. We’ll share timelines and details before confirming your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the courier’s website.
Multiple Items in One Order
All items in a single order are shipped together.
Delivery & Responsibility
Please make sure your address and contact details are correct, complete, and clear when placing your order.
If the address or phone number provided is incorrect, incomplete, or unclear, and hence, you are unavailable to receive the order:
- We will not be able to take responsibility for failed delivery
- Refunds, replacements, or free reshipping will not be applicable
If it’s due to incorrect details or unavailability from your side, we won’t be able to take responsibility.
But of course, if it is due to some error from the Courier service or from us, we’ll fix it.
Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the order back to us.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts:
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery
- Additional shipping charges may apply
Re-shipping is possible only once the order has been returned to us.
If the shipment does not return to us and is lost due to incorrect details or failed delivery, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement.
If the issue is caused by the courier or due to any error from our side, we will take full responsibility and ensure it is resolved.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the timelines mentioned, delays can sometimes occur due to courier issues or factors beyond our control.
We’ll always try to help you track your order and keep you informed.
International Orders
We do not currently offer direct international checkout on the website.
