Refund policy
We really hope you love what you receive. Every order is packed with a lot of care (and a little bit of overthinking).
But if something does go wrong, here’s how we handle it — simply, fairly, and without unnecessary drama.
1. No returns (unless something’s actually wrong)
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selections (size, colour, etc.)
• Sale items
• Customised products
If everything is as it should be, we’ll assume it has found a happy home with you.
2. When we will step in
If you receive:
• A damaged product
• The wrong product
We will fix it.
3. What we need from you
Email us at minukustudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with:
• A clear unboxing video
• Your order details
No video makes things very difficult for us. In rare cases, we may still review it — but that call rests with us.
4. Your options
Store Credit (the easy route)
• 100% of your order value + shipping + an extra 10%
• No return required
• Valid for 6 months
• Usable across multiple orders
OR
Replacement
• Ship back using a trackable courier (India Post preferred)
• Reimbursement up to ₹150 (bill required)
• Replacement after inspection
OR
Refund
• Ship the product back
• Processed after inspection
• Credited within 7 days
• Bank delays may apply
5. Marked “Delivered” but not received?
If tracking says delivered:
• Inform us within 24 hours
• We’ll check with the courier
If still unresolved → store credit (preferred) or replacement.
6. Cancellations
• Allowed within 24 hours
• Not possible after shipping
7. Important
a. Do not send products back without contacting us first.
b. Incorrect address or contact details
Please double-check your details.
If incorrect or unavailable:
• No responsibility for failed delivery
• No refunds, replacements, or reshipping
Couriers are extremely committed to delivering exactly where you told them to — even if that place does not exist.
8. Condition of returned items
Items should be in original condition.
9. Claims and approvals
We reserve the right to decline requests.
10. Delays
Some things are outside our control, but we’ll try to help.
